2. About the Service

JobsEU.work is a subscription-based service designed to help job seekers discover relevant job opportunities and prepare application documents.

Depending on the features available, the service may:

  • Help users create, edit and tailor CVs.
  • Help users prepare cover letters.
  • Match user-provided information against available job listings.
  • Search and display job opportunities from external employer career sites and other permitted sources.
  • Provide AI-assisted suggestions and content.

JobsEU.work does not submit job applications to employers on the user's behalf. Users are responsible for reviewing and submitting their own applications.

Available features may change as the service develops.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your account credentials secure.

You are responsible for activity conducted through your account. You must notify us at support@jobseu.work if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

The service is intended for people seeking employment. You must use it lawfully and must not use it to scrape, copy, resell or misuse the service or its content in violation of applicable law or third-party rights.

4. Subscriptions and Pricing

JobsEU.work offers paid subscriptions. The plans currently intended for the service are:

  • Weekly subscription: €5 per week.
  • Monthly subscription: €17 per month.

The applicable price, billing interval, taxes where applicable, renewal terms and any other charges will be displayed at checkout before you place your order. The checkout information takes precedence if the published plans change.

By purchasing a recurring subscription, you authorize recurring charges through the selected payment method until you cancel.

Subscriptions renew automatically for the displayed billing period unless cancelled before the next renewal, subject to the terms presented at checkout and applicable law.

We use Stripe to facilitate payment processing. Payment details may be collected through a Stripe-hosted checkout page or through a payment form integrated into JobsEU.work, depending on our implemented payment flow. Stripe's applicable terms and privacy information also apply to its services.

We do not intend to store full payment card numbers or card security codes on JobsEU.work servers.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription using the cancellation method made available in your account or communicated by our support team.

Unless the checkout terms or applicable law provide otherwise, cancellation prevents the next renewal and access to paid features continues until the end of the already-paid subscription period.

Cancellation does not automatically mean that a payment already made will be refunded. Refunds and statutory consumer rights are described below.

If you cannot cancel through your account, contact support@jobseu.work.

6. Refunds and Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights under Croatian or European Union law.

Consumers may have a statutory right to withdraw from certain distance contracts within 14 days, subject to applicable legal conditions and exceptions.

Where a service is to begin during the withdrawal period, we will obtain any consent, express request or acknowledgment required by applicable law. The legal consequences of withdrawal may depend on the type of service, the performance already provided and the user's consent.

Any additional commercial refund policy will be presented separately where applicable. Contact support@jobseu.work for assistance with a withdrawal or refund request.

7. AI-Generated Content

JobsEU.work may use artificial intelligence to generate or improve CV content, cover letters, job matches and recommendations.

AI-generated content can be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated or unsuitable for a particular job. You must review and verify all generated content before using it.

You remain responsible for the accuracy of information in your CV and application documents. Do not include qualifications, work experience or achievements that you do not possess.

AI recommendations are informational and do not guarantee that an employer will view, shortlist, interview or hire you.

8. Job Listings and External Websites

Job listings may originate from employer career websites, permitted feeds, APIs and other authorized sources.

We aim to present useful and current information, but we cannot guarantee that every listing is complete, available, accurate or still open when viewed.

Employers control their own recruitment processes, job requirements and application websites. JobsEU.work is not responsible for an employer's decisions, recruitment practices, website availability or the outcome of an application.

When you follow an external link, the external website's terms and privacy policy apply to your use of that website.

9. User Content and Permission to Process It

You retain your rights in CVs, personal information and other content you provide, subject to any rights belonging to third parties.

You grant us permission to host, process, reproduce and transform your submitted content only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure and improve the service in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

You must have the rights and permissions necessary to upload any content you provide.

10. Acceptable Use

You must not:

  • Use JobsEU.work for unlawful purposes or to infringe another person's rights.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems or data.
  • Interfere with service operation or security.
  • Use automated methods to extract or copy service data without authorization.
  • Upload malicious code or attempt to bypass technical restrictions.
  • Misrepresent your qualifications or use generated content for fraudulent purposes.

We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address security risks, suspected abuse, unlawful conduct or a material breach of these Terms. Where required by law, we will provide appropriate notice and an opportunity to challenge a decision.

11. Availability and Changes

We aim to keep JobsEU.work available and functional, but uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed. Maintenance, technical failures, third-party outages and other circumstances may affect availability.

We may modify features, provided that changes are handled in accordance with applicable law and any contractual rights you have.

Material changes to these Terms will be communicated through an appropriate method where required. Changes will not remove mandatory consumer rights.

12. Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, JobsEU.work is provided as an assistance tool and does not guarantee job availability, successful applications, interviews or employment.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including mandatory consumer rights or liability for intentional misconduct where exclusion is prohibited.

Any other permitted limitation of liability must be interpreted in accordance with applicable Croatian and EU law.

13. Privacy

Our processing of personal data is explained in the JobsEU.work Privacy Policy, available on our website.

14. Complaints and Contact

For support, billing questions, cancellation assistance or complaints, contact: support@jobseu.work

For privacy-related requests, contact: privacy@jobseu.work

15. Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available under the laws applicable to them.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved directly, the competent courts and applicable consumer dispute-resolution mechanisms will be determined in accordance with mandatory law.

16. Final Provision

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
