HR Business Partner / HR Manager / People & Culture Store Business Partner. Location: Cluj or Sibiu. Position Type: Full-time. Working Pattern: Frequent travel to support from 2 to maximum 5 stores across different cities as the market grows (currently Cluj and Sibiu). This is an on‑site role with an option for hybrid working (1 day of home office per week).
