Job Description: 📍 Melton Mowbray. 💷 £36,500 - £37,000 (including shift allowance, DOE). 🎁 + Performance Bonus & Exceptional Benefits. 🕒 39 Hours per week -Rotating 12-hour shifts: 7-7, 2 days, 2 nights, 4 off. 💼 The Role. As a Production Operator , you will be responsible for operating and optimising production processes, troubleshooting equipment issues and driving continuous improvement.
