What you will do. Customer Solutions Technicians are field based and are required to carry out the installation of security products at the premises of our residential customers for our fire & Security brand ADT. These systems include intruder alarm, video doorbell and CCTV systems. Training and certification will be provided as part of ADT’s Customer Solutions Technician development program.
