About the job. Arla Foods are looking for proactive and efficient Despatch Operative to join the team at our flagship site in Aylesbury on a permanent basis. Working a 12 hour rotating shift pattern covering both days and nights you will monitor the despatch area ensuring key targets are achieved. The shift pattern is over 5 weeks and includes 10 consecutive days off!
